Paige Havins

Deputy General Counsel

Paige Havins joins Great American Media as Deputy General Counsel, reporting to Bill Abbott, President and CEO. In this role, Paige brings over 10 years of in-house legal experience with a strong transactional focus, including drafting, negotiating, and managing internal and external agreements. Her background spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, technology, sports, entertainment, and insurance, equipping her to navigate diverse and evolving legal challenges with both precision and practical insight.
Prior to joining Great American Media, Paige served as Deputy General Counsel at Likewize, a global technology device protection firm headquartered in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, where she delivered legal research, risk management, and commercial growth for the global company.
In addition to her corporate legal practice, Paige is an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School, where she teaches Contracts, sharing her real-world experience with aspiring lawyers and helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.
Paige earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, and she is committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence. She is also deeply engaged in her community, where she volunteers with her local church and has served in the Junior League, coached with Special Olympics Texas, and participated on the board of a local community credit union. Paige lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with her family and values opportunities to mentor others, support meaningful causes, and build strong professional and personal relationships.
